The Garmin watch is probably the most popular gadget around when it comes to fitness and sports watches. This isn’t really surprising, as the features that this particular watch boast is truly unique and something that every coach would want their athletes to have. This watch is capable of accurately measuring a lot of details when it comes to the performance of its user.

And although it was first developed primarily for runners, people who are passionate about cycling are now also benefiting from this device. Just recently though, a model of this brand has become available for swimmers as well, making this product the must-have item for all tri-athletes.   1. Running – As earlier mentioned, the Garmin watch was first developed specifically for this activity.
