However, I can just about guarantee that with the current American habits of diet and exercise, you are most likely on a fast track to a heart attack. So what do you eat? Well you should try and follow a primarily plant based diet whenever possible, and eat whole foods. Also if you can buy organic, DO! Your body is like a machine, and it is built to fight disease and aging all on it’s own, if only we supply it with the proper fuel that it needs and avoid things that pollute it or contaminate it.
You need to choose foods that offer premium nutritional benefits. Yes that means cut out the junk! Get rid of processed foods altogether, and avoid margarine and other vegetable oils that are loaded with trans fats. Also cut out excessive sugars and sodium as well, and limit your meat to a minimal amount of lean cuts like turkey or chicken or pork.
